Thank you for choosing ElimKeys. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you have the best typing experience. Please read our warranty terms below.
1. Warranty Period
We provide a 12-month limited warranty for all keyboards purchased from ElimKeys. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if the product exhibits any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (e.g., PCB failure, non-functional keys, or other manufacturing defects), we will provide free repair or replacement services.
3. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by human factors, accidents, or misuse. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Liquid Damage: Spills from water, coffee, or other liquids.
Physical Damage: Accidental drops, impacts, or crushing.
Unauthorized Modifications: Damage resulting from improper disassembly, soldering, or firmware flashing not officially supported by ElimKeys.
Improper Use: Using incorrect chargers or cables that damage the internal components.
4. Out-of-Warranty & Accidental Damage Support
We understand that accidents happen. For issues that fall outside the 12-month warranty period or are caused by human damage (as listed in Section 3), we still offer repair services.
In these cases, we are happy to assist with repairs. Please note that customers may be responsible for shipping costs and the cost of replacement parts/labor, depending on the severity of the issue.
5. How to Make a Claim
If you need after-sales support or wish to initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos are highly recommended).
