Return Process

- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, and attach the return authorization number to the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the return package to the address provided in your return authorization instructions.
Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For returns that are not due to quality issues (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Store Responsibility: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item damaged upon arrival), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
