Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Is free shipping available?
Yes, free shipping is available for orders over $200 to the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
What are the shipping fees?
For orders under $200:
- USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong: $15
- Europe, UK, Australia: $20
- Other regions: $25
When will my order ship?
Estimated delivery is April 2026. Processing takes 1–3 business days after ordering.
How long does delivery take?
- USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
- International (Europe, UK, Australia, etc.): 7–14 business days
(Times may vary due to customs.)
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Who pays for customs and duties?
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import charges.

Can I change my order after pledging?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your pledge to request changes (address, reward tier, etc.).
When do I choose my color and switch type?
You’ll select your preferred color (Black/White) and switch type (Linear/Silent)after the campaign ends.

What is the warranty period?
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the delivery date.
What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Liquid damage
- Physical damage (drops, impacts)
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage from incorrect chargers or cables
Can I get repairs outside of warranty?
Yes, we offer out-of-warranty repair services. Customers may be responsible for shipping and parts/labor costs.
Is the keyboard fully programmable?
Yes, every key can be remapped. Advanced features include tap-hold, tap-dance, and combos.
What switches does it use?
Custom Kailh low-profile switches: CloudShell White (Linear) and JZF Mist (Silent). Both are hot-swappable.
Is the keyboard compatible with Mac/Windows/Linux?
Yes, it works with all major operating systems.
What’s the battery life?
Exact specs will be confirmed closer to shipment, but it’s designed for long usage between charges.
Returns & Refunds
Below are some common questions about returns & refunds.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused
- In original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories
How do I start a return?
- Contact us within 30 days at support@elimkeys.com for a return authorization.
- Once approved, ship the item back with the provided RMA number.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Customer pays if returning for change of mind or wrong size.
- We pay if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective).
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Are all items returnable?
No. Gift cards, downloadable software, and final sale items cannot be returned.
